Cowboy Poets and the Music of Steeldust

The Fort Smith Museum of History will present a performance of cowboy poets and musicians on Memorial Day, May 29 at 12:00 noon following the 10:00 am Old Fort Days Rodeo Parade. Cowboy poetry evolved from stories told around the campfire as entertainment on long treks west. Enjoy this western tradition featuring poets and the music of Steeldust. A special treat-young cowboys and cowgirls will present a whip demonstration. The performance of cowboy poetry and music is offered free with Museum admission: $7 adults, $2 children, under age six are free.

Admission: Included with Museum admission: $7 adults; $5 Veterans and military; $2 children; under 6 are free.
