Talk with the Doc: Lung Cancer Screenings & Treatment OptionsJune 13, 2017
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Since the late 90’s, the number of diagnoses and deaths related to lung cancer have soared in Arkansas, largely in part to the historically higher rate of smoking among Arkansans. Anyone between the ages of 55-77 who has a 30 pack-year smoking history could be at risk and may need to be screened for lung cancer. To learn more about lung cancer screenings and robotic-assisted surgical options to increase chances of overcoming lung cancer and other lung-related diseases, attend a free “Talk with the Doc” hosted by M. Denton Stam, M.D., a cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon. The event is free but registration is required. Register online or by phone.
