Mark Twain 100 Years Later

Celebrate the life of American author and humorist Samuel Clemens better known by his pen name Mark Twain. Most noted for his novels The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876) and its sequel The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1885), twain was lauded as “the greatest American humorist of his age” and also “the father of American literature.” A Branson, Missouri favorite for years, Dave Ehlert will bring Mark Twain to life for one special performance in Fort Smith. The program present’s Twain’s life story wound around all his famous quotes with a strong emphasis on the importance of literacy. Join us … all ages will enjoy this engaging evening with the infamous Mark Twain!
