Enjoy a quiet and peaceful guided meditation class, practicing meditative techniques such as breath work, concentration, contemplation, visualizations and deep relaxation. Classes may vary in meditation styles allowing beginners to get a wide variety of tools to establish a meditation practice. Meditation helps to relieve stress, increases happiness ,as well as develop compassion, love and patience. Come and delve deeper into the science of yoga.
