Freedom Quilt Project

February 1, 2018 - February 28, 2018
9:00 a.m.

Quilting has a long and deep history, but it also has a story to tell. Slaves used quilting blocks to relay messages of hope and freedom to the Underground Railroad. Help us navigate the way to freedom by creating a quilt block in a rich array of colors to be displayed at the Windsor Branch Library. All ages are invited to drop in anytime during the month to work on this Black History Month project.

Admission: Free.
