CAE Taking Early Registrations for Home and After School Art Classes

August 31, 2018 - September 30, 2018
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The Center For Art & Education is taking early registrations for their home school and after school art classes. After school art classes provide much needed additional art experiences for kids! Home school art classes are perfect for families who can’t seem to squeeze art into their days. Students ages 7 - 18 will learn art techniques as well as a knowledge of art history. A variety of mediums including watercolor, acrylic, oil pastel, mixed media collage, printmaking and sculpture will be explored. Each class is step-by-step instruction and offers teacher-to-student experiences that meets each individual students learning needs, providing basic knowledge for beginners and special attention to advanced students. Students enjoy these structured, yet relaxed, classes designed to be instructional while allowing each artist to explore their own creativity. About the Art Educator: Bridget Duncan is an art and art history graduate from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She also teaches at CAE’s summer art camps.
