Weekly Meditation

This class is for anyone who needs to de-stress, re-connect, or find inner peace they lack. Regular meditation practice can reduce high blood pressure, lessen the risk of heart attacks, decrease stress, help you manage anxiety, increase awareness, make you happier, and improve your mood, memory and productivity. The method is simple, easy to learn, and easy to do. You merely have to sit, breathe and repeat (as needed). Meditation classes held every Wednesday night at 5:15 PM. Donations requested for use of the space.
